Crystal White is the First Lady and wife to Pastor Kevin W. White of New Life Christian Center Church. Born Crystal A. Jones in Washington D.C., she was raised to worship under the banner of Catholicism. She attended Catholic school from Kindergarten until 9th grade and graduated from Cardozo High School. She continued her education and graduated from DC Beauty Academy 1992. First Lady Crystal is the proud owner of Mahogany Hair Gallery I located in Silver Spring, and Mahogany Hair Gallery II in Ft. Washington MD. However, Crystal recognized quite early that a void persisted in her life. She ventured out and under the empowering guidance of the Holy Spirit, in 1992. Crystal received Christ as her Lord and Savior. Shortly after, she was filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost. In 1996 she was joined in Holy Matrimony to Pastor Kevin White. God has blessed First Lady Crystal and Pastor Kevin with two wonderful children, Andrew Charles and Kayla Marie.

First Lady Crystal accepted God's call to teach/preach the engrafted Word of God along with her husband 1999. It was in the initial stages of the Ministry at New Life that First Lady Crystal began to fully embrace her call and allow God to freely pour out His anointing, in and outside the ministry. She has since, started the Women's' Ministry (Women of Prayer, Purpose, Power and Praise) and Intercessory Prayer. Countless women have benefited from the indisputable gift being shared with the Body of Christ. First Lady White also assists her husband with marriage and singles enrichment, young adult ministry and community projects as well.

First Lady Crystal has a desire for God's people to be knowledgeable of His Word in order that they will not fall victim to the schemes of the adversary. She and her husband serve as one of the many catalysts that will arm God's people with the emancipating knowledge and power of the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Her desire to see woman delivered from low self-esteem and lies of the devil alone with the prompting of the Holy Ghost inspired her to sponsor this life changing women conference. Her vision is to take this from a local conference to a world wide ministry, reaching hurting women around country with the transforming power of the Word of God. Her prolific anointed preaching and teaching has taken her across this nation to places such as Maryland, DC, Virginia, New Jersey, Ohio, North Carolina, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
